When you start meditating and using tools like this to calm and expand the mind, Great things like happiness, prosperity, and overall well being are sure to follow. At least they have for me, my family and everyone else that I talked to that does meditate on a regular basis.

True greatness has to be formed within before you can form it in the outside. Real stillness is wear you will learn to listen to your instinct or intuition to take advantages of ideas that are coming in to your mind.

The App

The companion app runs on iOS and Android devices and smartphones. Muse itself is a wireless device and connects thru Bluetooth to the app.

Headphones can be connected to the devices when in noisy areas so that the app can be heard thoroughly or it can be played thru the devices speakers if you have a quiet environment.

The whole point of this thing is to help manage stress. By giving the user visual cues or audio cues about when they are getting distracted or the mind is wandering, they can use this as the cue to come back to the breath and settle the mind.

Doing so will help you to create a buffer or a protection gap between your emotional actions and you intellectual actions. Training this part of the mind will help you help keep from acting out in your emotional state when the time comes.

Acting on the intellectual state instead will help bring the victory to you both.

Conclusion.

I like it. This is a new tool that is being developed to help deal with the usual daily activities of everyday life. We are becoming more aware of the power of the mind and figuring out how to better ourselves mentally and physically as the Human Race

The Master Key System- What it is Doing to Me

The Master Key System. I mean WOW. Where do I start? At the beginning, OK Here we go. I started listening to the master key system almost 4 months ago.

I really do not know how I even came across it to begin with. It was just a video that I came across looking through YouTube one day.

Can Someone get me an amen here. The stuff that is coming out of this guys mouth makes more sense to me than anything have ever heard before.

Our dominant thoughts will create the reality we live in. Do not remember hearing that one in school because I started applying it as soon as it came across my ears.

It was like someone pulled back the curtain to the most beautiful scenery I had ever laid eyes on.

It literaly changed my own life, but also changed the relationship I have with the ones closest to me. I am not even finished with the training yet so I can wait to see what new ideas
will manifest

At First, I Thought, HUH?

What the heck am I listening too. I really do not even understand most of what he is saying right now. When I first started I really did not understand most of it.

Not till I started listening to it over and over again did different things start sticking out in my mind and making sense. This is very different from what I learned growing up as a kid in the piney woods of East Texas.

The stuff that this guy was talking about was very foreign but it stuck with me. I could not get away from wanting to listen to it.

So I made a decision, MY son and I worked together for ourselves so we are pretty loose on what the other is allowed to get away with. With the use of headphones and devices these days. Listening to something at anytime of the day or night is easy, especially at work right.

So I made a switch

I decide to quit listening to music period. While at work anyway. I am a huge fan of music and think it is one of the most courageous ways someone can express themselves.

So I turned off the country rap, hip hop and r&b to listen to The Master Key System every day at work.

I started with video 1 for the 1st week. Then on the second week I added video too after watching video 1. On the 3rd week I added video 3 to the list.

That is what I know listen to everyday when I have the opportunity at work. I listen to as many as I can during that day. I can usually get in 7-9 videos a day while working.

 

Only after the first 2 or 3 weeks did I really start understanding what I was hearing. I could know start explaining to myself and other people. They might have looked at me kinda crazy at first but I could make a point for them to understand my train of though on the matter at least.

I was know getting a better understanding of it

 

The Understanding

The understanding will come when you least expect it in the least expected manner. At least that’s how it seems to me. Repetition will help tremendously in the beginning.

Coming into the understanding of how and what was controlling my mental process was to say the least awesome for me.

The best part of The Master Key System for me was learning to control what thoughts were getting to stay in my head and which ones I wanted to remove.

When you turn your watchman on, you will understand better of what I speak. All the nonsense and bad ideas we let in our daily lives is traumatic to say the least. All of this can be eliminated simply by using your mind and brain in the way you were meant too.

Now, to me. It is like standing at my front door of my house, Willing, ready and able to defend my family against any and all odds. I do this also for the thoughts, images, words and literature know that are available to us at will.

I protect and look after my mind just as much as I protect and look after my family. It is that important.

Putting The Master Key System to Use

I was so excited to start putting this system to work for me. I could see and understand results already just over a few months so I was hooked. The mental exercise parts in the master key system are vital to learn and study on a daily basis.

This can be difficult at first to start a routine with this but do not give up. The reward you receive will greatly out weigh the effort given.

The Calm After The Storm

What a huge transformation for me. Finding the master key system for me was and still is a true blessing. I still listen to them as much as I can every time I get.

I am about halfway thru the program at this point. I look forward to continuing my experience and education with this method.
It really has been a great teaching tool for me to as a parent. I can look back know and see the negative impressions and bad ideas we put in our children s heads because that’s what we were taught and we do not know any different.

Well know we do know, There is a different way to teach people to be Strong, Happy and Healthy. Stress and anxiety free. No more lack or poverty.

The Universe has enough for all. The abundance that flows in nature every day is obvious to everyone that will take the time to look. We too have the right to this abundant life.

The Universe is not poor and neither are we. We can accept as much from it as we want and it will be more than happy to give it.

Meditation and Stress-Close to a 1000 Minutes In.

Almost 1000 minutes into my meditation education. This is part of my story and transformation so far in my journey. Who would have ever thought I would be doing this everyday much less writing about it on a weekly basis.

Now that I have found it, I would never go back. Please continue reading on for the rest of the story
I found meditation because of anger control issues. I was only really able to express myself thru anger to my family and friends.

I knew there had to be a better way than just being hostile all the time lol. Seeing this in my childhood a great deal had influenced my adult behavior greatly and I just took to it like a horse to water without any real thought about the subject and how it influenced everything around me.

Meditation and Stress

My stress levels have greatly reduced with my daily meditations. When I first learned how to sit still long enough to mentally will my body to relax was a game changer for me.

I really started seeing results in my overall happiness and well-being. I started noticing me, catching myself internally, before doing something negative or critical to someone else.
One of my favorites before

my change was being very critical of other drivers. I have always been an aggressive driver. I grew up with a bunch of rural hot rodders. We used to race after school almost every day.

When I moved to the city, oh man it got bad. I was so critical of every other driver out there not driving the way I want them too.

I also started thinking the reason I was getting mad at my son at work every day is because he was not doing it the way I thought he should.

The Bad Idea

This idea I had of everyone doing stuff my way and then getting mad when they did not was preposterous. The only way they could do that is to read my mind 100% of the time. Then they would know exactly how I wanted it done.

So basically I am getting upset, raising my blood pressure, and negatively affecting my body and spirit because everyone else does not have the physic ability to read my mind and do things the way I wanted. Pretty crazy actually lol when you think about it this way. Which is, really what it is most of the time.

Meditation for Stress and Anxiety

Meditation was a great tool for me when combating anxiety as well as stress. I would use positive, encouraging phrases in my time in the quiet. The new one’s I wanted to plant in my brain to replace all the bad one’s heading out.

The more confidence and courage inducing thoughts I can think of the better. The only way to move the bad thoughts and actions out is to replace them with new one’s.

If you start getting anxious about a job interview or a new date or whatever. As soon as you feel the anxiety coming on, Start repeating some encouraging and courageous words that will take the place of the bad thought.

This helps me all the time now when I start feeling critical or judgmental about something or someone else.

Meditation and Stress Relief

There are several ways for stress relief for a variety of people out there. Sex, Working out, Socializing, Shopping, Etc, Etc. Pick your poison if you need to get rid of stress.

We all do. Adding meditation to my regiment gave me another constructive outlet for my stress. It really was the one action that I could see and feel results in almost immediately and in great proportion.

It has helped to show me all the great blessings that I have in my daily life that go overlooked so often and mean so much to others around me.

Having trouble feeling blessed. Slow down, Take a breath and really look around and see how many great things are in your life already that you run right past every day. I will bet there are more there than you realize. There sure was for me

Meditation and Mindset

Meditation can also be used to help transform your mindset into a more positive, productive one. Usually we are most unhappy, stressed or anxious when we are thinking about the things that we do not have. These bad or negative thoughts need to be controlled and pushed out to be replaced by good positive one’s.

A really good way to get control of your bad thoughts is by meditating every day. Controlling what you let into your mind and what comes out will determine the outcome you will experience.

I really started harnessing this power of controlling my emotions and thoughts after I started meditating daily. Closing the door on all the bad thoughts and actions takes practice and persistence so stay with it and the results will appear.

Learn To Meditate-Why We Should?

I would like to discuss the benefits that meditation have brought into my life so that you may make a more informed decision about whether you would like to pursue this endeavor as well. Thanks for reading along.

Learn To Meditate

Learning to meditate can be quite easy. All you need is a comfortable place to be at rest. Some peace and quiet would help or if you stuck in the city, Some good noise canceling headphones will come in mighty handy for centering that inner being.

They can also assist in the listening of you favorite uplifting videos or audio files, positive quotes or positive affirmations while you meditate.

Find a nice quiet spot in the park, you house or yard, hopefully with a spectacular view of something amazing and get to expanding that mind.

The further I can get out into nature, the better it is for me. No cell phone service means I am in the right spot to connect on my level.
I tend to do a lot better now that I follow along with some audible commands in a meditation app I have on my device.

There are a few good ones out there to follow along and subscribe too if you so choose. They will really give you good direction at the beginning stages of you journey.

Learning how to really relax you whole body so the blood can flow unrestricted from the body to the brain is a great place to start. This is what I began with when I started to learn to meditate.

I learned that real physical relation is mentally applied state. The body cannot truly relax, unless instructed by the mind to do so. This takes practice mastering and is crucial for future development and stress relief.

Clearing Out The Old

Focused Meditation helps to clear out all those bad thoughts and negative chatter going on in there. This old, negative material must be pushed out before the new canvas can be drawn.

If you learn to meditate, It will give you mental strength to combat these bad and negative vibes. To decide which thoughts to let in and which ones to keep out.

If at this point you feel empty after cleaning out all those bad vibes, do not be wary. New and fresh ideas are soon to take their place.

You being better in tune with you mind from meditating will help you attach these ideas to action and create you new experience.

Bringing In The New

Oh Yes, Once you really start getting in tune with you mind. The new ideas will start flowing. Your confidence level will go up. You start trusting the little voice telling you to take action on certain ideas or plans.
The mind must be fresh and rested for it to work and serve the body properly.
I feel this is evident in our diets daily. When we feel rested and awake. We have the energy to cook and make good meals for self and our families.

When we are tired and stressed out after a 17-hour fight, Any old fast food joint will do. After I started mediating daily and expanding my self, I actually have gotten to a place where fast food is no longer appealing to me.

I would rather pack a lunch than stop and eat that stuff. I am starting to crave better foods for my body and mind to perform at is optimum capacity. I just do not care for that type of food anymore.

Not to say anything is wrong with it, I ate it for years. Once I started this, it was just a natural part of the transformation for me for whatever reason

Also, for me, I do not spend money as liberally as I used too anymore. If it does not have anything to do with my immediate interest or business opportunity. It does not even get a second look at the check out.

Staying in the Zone

A routine will greatly increase you chances of success when taking on any endeavor. All the greats have one and stick to them. This is probably one of the hardest parts for most people to accomplish.

We are already stuck in our normal everyday routines and it is hard to replace a habit with another habit, Even if that habit could make you a millionaire.

Ask any smoker out there how hard it is to replace a habit for another one. I did it. I know too. But I also know that, with persistence and dedication you can get there. Millions have done it, I have done it and so can you.

Using Positive talk to help you achieve you goals. Using positive affirmations or quotes has helped me keep my focus and responsibilities at hand. They keep me pointed in the direction I want to be. When a negative feeling starts coming up, I simply start saying my affirmations or quote over and over again.

Stepping out.

This is my conclusion and I thank you again for reading my rant. My last entry will be about stepping out of you comfort zone to find you comfort zone. If you do not try different things now and again, You will never know what it is you really like.

You will have to come to the conclusion that in order for you to prosper you will likely find yourself stepping into UN known territory often.

Get involved with an organization or a non-profit. Take a part-time job in a different field to meet some new people and maybe open some new doors for you.

Get to experiencing some things to reference by.

The key here is to get after it. Action is necessary.

 

The Ending

So, Should I learn to meditate. I would highly recommend it. It has changed my life and the relationship I have with my family tremendously. I would not be where I am today without. I whole heartily believe that. Thanks for reading.
